Lincoln County is one of Kentucky’s three original counties. As the keeper of records, our county clerk’s office has land records, wills, surveys, and marriages from the late 1700’s to the present. This rich history makes us aware of the need to preserve our records while being able to accommodate our customers both online and in the office with accurate and efficient data management. We also provide motor vehicle license and transfers, marriage license, hunting and fishing license, notary appointments, and hold our county’s elections.
